Defwihxoj provides employment law, contract drafting, and regulatory compliance services for Malaysian enterprises. Our services are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal representation unless explicitly agreed in writing.
All content, templates, and materials provided by Defwihxoj remain our property. You may use them solely for your internal business purposes. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Defwihxoj is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information. Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and Malaysian data protection regulations.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.
These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Kuala Lumpur.
